Mr. Khan is an experienced corporate and tax lawyer and in over 12 years of his law practice he has acted for and represented large multi-national companies, banks and high net-worth individuals in matters ranging from corporate transactions, advisory and litigation.
Mr. Khan is an expert in broad range of areas of practice ranging from FED, sales and income taxes, project finance, banking, telecommunications and other areas of corporate law. His particular strength is drafting documentation for complex transactions including joint ventures, toll manufacturing & co-packing arrangements, private placements and venture capital financing, franchises, distributions, corporate agriculture farming, international procurement and supply arrangements, high value supply chain arrangements, media related arrangements including media buying, media services, celebrity engagements, promotions, advertising and marketing. Mr. Khan has also negotiated several high value settlements in contentious matters resulting in monetary gains, reduction in liability and exposure and litigation expenses. Mr. Khan has also represented clients in courts and tribunals including High Court.
Most recently Mr. Khan was head of legal PepsiCo International for Pakistan & Afghanistan where he led the legal division and provided key counsel and advice on diverse legal issues. Mr. Khan was also given ‘excellence award’ by PepsiCo, Inc. for Asia, Middle East and Africa as a token of appreciation for his services. Previously, he was associated with Shell Pakistan, Warid Telecom, RIAA Law and Mandviwalla & Zafar.
